I absolutely adore Bedford avenue over here in Brooklyn. It feels as though you are in the city without actually being in the city. The fast paced hustle and bustle of Bedford avenue is the same as if you were walking down 5th avenue or 42nd street.
I was down here for my aunt's surprise birthday dinner at SEA, aka, my favorite Thai restaurant. Seriously, if you are ever in the neighborhood, try it out.
Although Spring is here, we still can't seem to get rid of the cold temperatures. We even had a couple of snow flurries earlier during the day. Seriously, Spring, get it together. Since we're still seeing low temps of mid-thirties-forties, I have yet to bring out any color from my wardrobe, hence this all black outfit.
Distressed denim is my absolute weakness. So naturally I just had to purchase this pair from Topshop and I have been living in them since. They are so comfortable it's almost scary. Paired with a lace top, which just so happens to be my mothers, and a blazer, I was pretty much set. Although it was a little cold out today I didn't want to wear boots because I felt it would throw off the look of the outfit. So I decided to bring out my beloved Zara flats. Painful at first, they are now giving in and I'm actually able to wear them for longer periods of time.
In other news, I am beyond excited to announce that I will be collaborating with Wolford, the leading luxury brand of pantyhose, hosiery, tights, and leg wear. I can't wait to share with you all what I have planned. Until next time!
