As we quickly approach the ending of 2014, I find myself constantly reminiscing about this past year. All the good things that have happened, the minor setbacks, all the laughs, the tears, the food I ate, I could go on for days. I can honestly say that 2014 has been good to me. I embarked on a new adventure in starting up this blog and I'm absolutely loving how things are slowly, but surely, starting to turn out. I've been introduced to new things and I cannot wait to see what 2015 has in store for me. I decided to do an Instagram roundup of 2014, if you're not following me on Instagram you can do so here. This year has been truly amazing and I'm so beyond thankful for every opportunity that I've been presented with thus far. I hope everyone has an amazing New Year!

DIY Sharpie Mugs
Sunday, December 21, 2014
For the most part, I pretty much live on Pinterest when I'm not catching up on my other social networks. This year for Christmas I really wanted to try something different in terms of what I would be getting my family members. I stumbled across this DIY project and thought, who doesn't love a personalized mug? Soon enough, I was running around all over the place gathering the supplies necessary for this project. Read more for step by step instructions on how to get these mugs!

New In: Chanel
Monday, December 1, 2014
After spending months and months, maybe even a little over a year, lusting over these shoes, I finally have them! These were actually gifted to me by my boyfriend for my birthday and I seriously cannot thank him enough. I had been on the hunt for the Chanel Espadrilles for quite some time, but never seemed to get lucky in terms of any boutiques having my size available. I had either called too early or just missed the woman who purchased the last 36 that was available. With that being said, I kind of just gave up, although they were still all I could think about. My boyfriend told me that he wanted to purchase these shoes for me as a birthday present, even though I was a little hesitant, I agreed. After searching countless pages on the Chanel Espadrille forum on PurseForum, someone finally mentioned that the Chanel on 57th street in Manhattan had just received a shipment. I called the next morning to see if my size was still available, and luckily for me it was the last one in stock! The SA was kind enough to hold the pair for me until I arrived at the store. I am beyond excited to finally have these shoes in my collection. Continue reading for shots of the shoes, along with a quick review!
Sweaters Madewell
Thursday, October 23, 2014
After driving by Madewell down in SoHo, maybe two weeks ago, I remember instantly falling for this sweater on the mannequin. I naturally gravitate towards chunky knits, so when I saw this I knew I had to have it. I was lucky enough to catch it on sale and received 30% off! What a score! I adore the opening on the sides. It's a little revealing without being too over the top. I decided on these booties, yet again, as they are slowly starting to become my favorite shoes this fall. Bows & Curls
Tuesday, October 14, 2014
I absolutely adore small details, doesn't matter what they are. So when I saw this LC by Lauren Conrad top, I immediately fell for it. At first glance I thought it was just a plain top, so naturally I grabbed it because I figured, why not? It wasn't until I turned it to the back that I realized the lace and bow detailing. I love how delicate and feminine lace & bows are and how they can easily soften up any look. Paired with leggings for comfort and some brown booties, this outfit was perfect for just running around with my family before saying goodbye until the holidays. I'm back in PA for the weekend to visit my aunt and little cousin, and it is freezing over here! Yesterday's outfit was kept quite simple for a day of shopping. However, before I get into the details of my outfit, I'd like to explain why I'm standing in front of cows. My mother, along with the rest of my family, thought it'd be perfect for me to take some shots here to kind of give it that "city girl goes country" type of theme.. I guess that works? Anywho, on to the fashion! I finally pulled out my Tory Burch riding boots. These were gifted to me last year as a birthday present and I'll admit I got them a little earlier than expected. Those Labor Day sales were too good to pass up. Paired with some dark wash denim and a chunky knit from J. Crew this outfit was perfect, especially for running around all day. I wasn't lying when I said it's freezing over here so to keep me warm, I wore my Burberry jacket as well. A huge staple piece in my wardrobe for the fall! Read more to see the details of my outfit! I hope everyone is having a great Columbus Day weekend!

Casual Fridays
Saturday, September 27, 2014
It's officially Fall but it seems that Mother Nature hasn't quite figured it out these past couple of days. While all of last week I was walking around in chunky knits and a leather jacket, it seems that yesterday was warm enough for just a light sweater. I mean, what is going on with this 70 degree weather nonsense anyway? Yesterdays outfit was super casual and although the weather was quite warm, I knew the temperature would drop once night time rolled around. I decided to wear this light J. Crew sweater and I paired it with one of my favorite pairs of distressed denim. Originally these jeans didn't fit me. They're skinny jeans, but they were so loose I decided I could cuff them and kind of wear them as slim boyfriend jeans instead. I absolutely adore the wash on these jeans and the distressing just made me fall even harder for them. I hadn't worn these Zara flats in forever, I will gladly blame it on the fact that I had a terrible experience wearing them for the first time. I'm talking blisters so bad I couldn't even walk! I decided to stick it out yesterday, especially since I was only going to my aunts house, so not a lot of walking for me. Shockingly enough, they didn't bother me at all so I'm thinking maybe I finally broke them in. Accessories were kept to a minimal because I didn't want to get all done up. I wore my favorite delicate mustache necklace, and although I hate mixing my metals, I make an exception for when I want to wear my Hermés bracelet. Read for more details on my outfit!

Some of My Favorite NYFW Looks
Monday, September 8, 2014
New York Fashion Week is probably the most anticipated week in any girls life, well, at least for me. It's been a huge dream of mine to attend a show, but since I can't I've been keeping up via social networks (and literally wanting to throw my phone in envy at whoever is able to attend, haha.) I love seeing what the designers have been working on for the season, as well as the random street style shots that are taken. Read more to see just a few of my favorite looks from this season!
Louboutins and Lace
Wednesday, August 20, 2014
It's been a while since I last posted, but I'm back! Today was a very special day for my boyfriend and I. He surprised me with tickets to see Aladdin today so I decided I really wanted to dress up for the occasion. If you read my last post, you know that I've had my eye on a dress from Lulu's that I now own and wore today for the first time. I absolutely love the lace detail and the skater skirt. Because the lace detail is so heavy I decided to keep accessories to a minimal and only wear my Hermès Clic H. For shoes I decided on my Christian Louboutin Pigalle 120. Florals in South Hills
Saturday, August 2, 2014
This weekend I'm currently in Pennsylvania for my little cousins eighth birthday. My aunt decided that she wanted to have it in South Hills park which is about a 10 minute drive from her house. I was unsure of my outfit considering the weather didn't look too great earlier this morning, but decided I would stick it out should it decide to rain on us. Luckily, it didn't and we all enjoyed a beautiful day at the park. I decided on this floral romper because it's so light and airy which is perfect for the summer. I'm someone who hates being hot so I made sure to pack this to avoid that. I paired the romper with my Dolce Vita Archer sandals. I absolutely love these sandals, especially this summer, I've been wearing them constantly. Black and Gold is a combination that I will always adore so I jumped at the chance to get these when Amazon had a sale. Read more to get details on the rest of my outfit!
